Ive tried this, and I like it. It gives my eyes a refreshing periodic stretch without really interfering with my work. Ive set it to launch on startup, and its wearing well. For all my friends on Windows...I would encourage the author to develop a Windows version. A number of eye conditions are associated with heavy computer use. So if youre a writer or an editor or a programmer, this could be a small step to mitigate against some eye issues down the road.
